If you have read my about me section you know I am a huge Alabama Football fan. Last night my boys brought home the National Title. I could not be happier. That is number 15 for the Crimson Tide. We have won two years in a row; that is huge(we also won in 2009)!! I can't tell you how proud I am to call The University of Alabama my alma mater.

Now that I have gotten the celebration out of the way lets move on to today's workout. On my lunch break I went for a short run, got in 2.48 miles. After that I had a yummy strawberry salad. I am an instagram junkie so of course I uploaded a pic! Check it out and follow me: danielle_gardner12 :)
Oh and I got super excited because my Tone It Up trainers KarenaKatrina were the first ones to like my picture! Yes, I get excited over small things.
After work I have to head home and attend a live chat for one of the classes I am taking this semester. I am working on my masters. After that I plan on doing the new workout posted by Tone It up.
